Photo Shoot Pricing & Policies:

Copper Bowl Ranch welcomes professional and personal photography sessions. All photo sessions require advance booking and adherence to the policies below to ensure the safety of our guests, livestock, and property.

Policies & Booking Information:

1. Booking: All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and confirmed via email. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time.

2. Access: Sessions are limited to the designated photographic areas (barn exterior, fields, pond, gravel lanes). Access to private residences or active working areas of the farm is strictly prohibited.

3. Liability: The photographer must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the shoot, naming Copper Bowl Ranch as an additional insured party.

4. Weather: In the event of inclement weather, clients may reschedule their session one time without penalty, provided notice is given at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time.

5. Cleanliness: All props, decorations, and debris must be removed by the photographer/client at the end of the session.
